Leland, NC: Crown Hotel & Travel Management (based in Wilmington, NC) is thrilled to announce that they have entered into a purchase and sale agreement for another site in Leland, adjacent to their Tru by Hilton which opened November 2023. Crown’s goal is to secure another Hilton franchise with the focus being on a Hampton Inn & Suites. It is expected that the new property will feature 100 (or more) rooms, an indoor pool and meeting space with a 2026 target opening.

We believe it is a wonderful location and adding our third property in the market, will not only meet the overall demand, but will continue to enhance the hospitality offerings for both residents and visitors.” said Barry Eagle, President and CEO.
Crown currently manages the Holiday Inn Express located in Magnolia Greens and the Tru by Hilton located in Waterford. Crown again will be partnering with Clarendon Properties located in Wilmington on the overall development of the project.
