Out of twelve winners in North Carolina, we proudly represent two of them. This esteemed award is given to hotels that achieve Guest Intent to Recommend (ITREC) scores between 77%-81%, reflecting exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality.
We are incredibly proud of our leadership and teams at both properties for their dedication to providing a friendly and clean experience for all our guests. Their hard work and commitment to excellence have earned us this significant recognition.
