Atlantic Beach, NC: Palm Suites of Atlantic Beach has hired Crown Hotel & Travel Management based in Wilmington, NC to manage the hotel operations. “We did a tremendous amount of research on companies to help lead our hotel to the next level and decided that Crown fit all of our needs,” stated Bill Stafford, Board President of Palm Suites Home Owners Association. “They currently manage other properties in the area and were highly recommended. We were drawn to their hands-on management style and overall attention to detail.”
Crown Hotel & Travel Management currently manages Bask Hotel at Big Rock Landing in Morehead City, Islander Hotel & Resort in Emerald Isle, and the Hampton Inn & Suites in Swansboro. “We are extremely excited to add Palm Suites to our coastal mix and look forward to making the property a household name for travelers all of over the region,” said Barry Eagle, President and CEO of Crown Hotel & Travel Management.
Steven Crumpler, a task force manager for Crown, has been promoted to General Manager of the property. “Steven has worked for us in many different facets and has been part of several of our award-winning hotels. His ability to connect with guests and unite our employees was a huge reason we wanted Steven to manage Palm Suites,” said Eagle.
