Crown Hotel & Travel Management has been hired to manage the Hilton Garden Inn Greenville University Area currently under development in Greenville, North Carolina. This 101-room eight story property is designed with a bistro, roof top bar and conference space slated to open midyear 2023. The hotel will include a contemporary feel while incorporating connection points to both the City of Greenville and East Carolina University (ECU). With its Uptown location and proximity to ECU, the Hilton Garden Inn Greenville University Area will be the perfect stopping point for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is owned by Greenville Capital, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Co-X properties- headed by ECU Graduates M. Scott Diggs, and Paul Adkison, who are proud to bring a new, and only first-class hotel to Uptown Greenville. Developer and partner John Sandlin who is President/CEO of Clarendon Properties will oversee the construction of the project.
